Foster The Family

Hope Bridge is a Non-Profit launch of The Christ Foundation.

Foster the Family provides immediate emergency support and long-term holistic care to foster families and the children they welcome.

By delivering FosterCare Packages–including clothing, comfort, and hygiene items for the child and a meal for the family–right to the doorstep of a foster home, Foster the Family welcomes foster families into a network of caring support. Monthly support groups, respite nights, and special events provide a space for community to be built amongst foster families and with Foster the Family’s caring staff.
