The Christ Foundation exists to financially support non-profits dedicated to restoring individuals, strengthening families, and sustaining communities. The Foundation's story begins with Jerry and Patricia, whose heartfelt commitment to helping others first manifested in a dream to one day start a boys' home. This dream planted a seed that, over time, morphed into Hope Bridge, a broader initiative that embodies their enduring dedication to making a positive impact on vulnerable families.
Hope Bridge is focusing its efforts to positively impact the foster care system in the areas of Prevention, Intervention, and Restoration.
Single Moms
We envision a future where we can intervene with stable and safe housing, supportive services, and practical help for single moms.
Foster Care & Adoption
We want to surround foster, adoptive, and kinship families with support in their journey, encouragement to keep going, and connection to helpful resources.
Aging Out Youth
We’re working to positively impact these outcomes by building a program designed to intentionally support and wraparound youth aging out of the foster care system.
